Brief Introduction

 Jaw Crusher is ideally suitable for primary and secondary crusher for material with compression strength less than 320MPA.  1.    Advantageous crushing cavity design:

Adopts “v” -shaped crushing cavity and toggle plate with large dip angle, which enable the bigger feeding size and higher output capacity.

2.    Reliability

Adopts world’s top-level manufacturing process and the most advanced manufacturing material, which enables the structure reliability.

3.    Higher strength

Adopts finite element analysis technology to optimize the movable jaw, the bearing seat is completely made of cast steel, which can ensure the perfect match-up of the rack, increase the radial strength of the bearing seat and enable the whole machine to have much higher strength.

4.    More quick and convenient for adjusting discharging opening size

ZXC series European Type Jaw Crusher adopts special adjusting device, more simple, safe and convenient than ordinary than old wedge adjustment.
 

5.    Choose larger type of bearing, higher load capacity

All ZXC series European Type Jaw Crusher is equipped with larger model bearing comparing with same model of normal jaw crusher. Its higher loading capacity and effective labyrinth seal will lengthen the service life of bearing.

6.    Supporting bar under jaw plate effectively protects movable jaw and frame from being worn down.

 

 

Working Principle

ZXC series European Type Jaw Crusher Working Principle:

The electromotor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down through the eccentric shaft. The raw material is squashed or split when movable jaw plate moves towards fixed jaw together with movable jaw. When movable jaw and movable jaw plate turn back by eccentric shaft and spring, the raw material, which is squashed or split before discharges from the bottom outlet under jaw plate. The bulk-production comes true while electromotor rotates continuously and the movable jaw crushes and discharges the raw material periodically.
